Siphonophore

Siphonophore is a sculptural, hypnotic luminaire inspired by the marine abyss. Created by visual designer Vanessa Vaugeois and published exclusively by Thomas Heagle, it transforms space chiselling it to invite oneiric reverie. Unlit, it stands as a poetic work of art. Once illuminated, it becomes a sensorial catalyst. Its interplay of shadow and light composes an atmosphere that is at once aesthetic, poetic, and deeply soothingly vibrant.

Inspiration & Design

Born of the mysterious world of the deep, Siphonophore evokes silent, luminescent sea organisms. Laser-cut in copper or brass, it casts a living drift of shadows across walls and ceilings. Its form, the unfolding of a flat disc into sculptural spirals, suggests perpetual, organic motion.

Each Siphonophore is made to order in a discreet artisan workshop in Seine-et-Marne. Its design embodies an organic movement in constant metamorphosis.
